Investigations are underway by North Queensland boss Peter Parr in regards to the choice of music used to accompany Billy Slater as medical staff attended to his bleeding and rapidly swelling eye.
The incident labeled as “poor taste,” by Matthew Johns will be taken seriously by the Cowboy management who were unaware of the situation when approached about it this morning.
Slater who was sidelined during the first 20 minutes of the game due to an accidental stray hand from Cowboys’ Jonathan Thurston was today named on the 17 man squad for the Centenary Test along with fellow Storm incumbents Greg Inglis, Israel Folau, Cameron Smith and Ryan Hoffman.
